D implies that ONE ACTION happened (the radio telegraph system eliminated) the same way a COMPARISON OF TWO ACTIONS happens (modern wireless solutions SIMPLIFY MORE THAN WIRED NETWORKING DOES).
Not logical.
I would ignore this SC.
