I cant seem to start an application. Am i doing something wrong or have they not opened them up yet?

Round 1.. just finished with my GMAT.. and since am a weaker applicant, 710 GMAT, 5.1 years work ex in IT consulting and software development, i think R1 is my chance...
are you applying for r1 as well?
