Can someone explain as to how Option A is the correct one.
I am still fixed to Option B and can't see how A might fit in. It is , as i think, much broader than Option B.

I chose option A because it indicates the possibility that Miller told someones else to write the note for her. As in a team in which two people played the joke and one of them wrote the note.
