My pick is B. But I'm little confused with which part of the sentence is underlined. I choose B sicne "than" compares the prices and the charges.

I will go with D, but still I am not able to say why C is wrong.

Since the first product sold for three times the price, the drug maker charges another product in the same price.

So, we can use "so" or "as" in the dependent clause.

B. "Than" is to compare one with another. The author is not comparing anything here. He/she is relating two products.

C. "that" - Same thing to compare one with another.

D. and E. "of what" and "at which" - It gave me an awkward sentence.

The answer is D.

three times the price ...... the drug’s

Logically, speaking the product is sold at 3 times the price of an earlier product.

But I am not sure what is wrong with C. i.e

three times the price, ....that the drug’s

for me that is restrictive pronoun for price of the drug.

Can anyone pls explain why of what is better than that here.

IMO A.

Reason : As is used correctly ... and A is followed by a clause that contains a subject and a verb.

I would pick the second one. I don't see anything wrong in using ''of what''
