sentence correction challenge

Please fix this sentence:
"Cubes of homemade cottage cheese cooked on a very high heat in a wok with fresh tomatoes, onions, ginger, green peppers, Shrimp cooked on a very high heat in a wok with fresh herbs and spices. "

Although I don't know the recipe of what we are cooking here, I am giving it a try, hoping that it would taste good.. :lol:

Cubes of homemade cottage cheese were cooked on a very high heat in a wok with fresh tomatoes, onions, ginger, green peppers and Shrimp cooked on a very high heat in a wok with fresh herbs and spices.

Let me know if its the correct recipe, I mean if its the correct sentence.
