Thanks for your post.

Working full-time during school will definitely give you some flexibility on your GPA in the eyes of the admissions officers. That said, they still need confirmation that you will be able to handle the academic rigor of the MBA coursework, so your GMAT score becomes even more important (particularly the Quant section).

Assuming you can raise your GMAT score to 640 (and score 70+% on Quant), I suggest you consider and research the programs at Georgetown, Indiana University, Vanderbilt, Emory, and UNC. Your GMAT score will still be below the average for these schools, but you will be within the 80% range and will hopefully be able to build a strong enough story from your work experience.

If you are viewing an MBA as a "must have", I suggest you expand your list beyond top 30 programs or consider part-time MBA programs.
