1% = 0.01
1/10 of 1% = 0.001

So, 0.1(5000) - 0.001(5000) =495 D

when 1/10 percentage of 5000 is subtracted from 1/10 of 5000, the diffrence is ?

x percent of 5000 = (x/100)*5000,
So, 1/10 percentage of 5000 = ((1/10)/100)*5000 = (1/10)*(1/100)*5000 = 5000/1000 = 5

1/x of 5000 = 5000/x,
So, 1/10 of 5000 = 500

so Answer =
500-5 = 495
Option D
