Hi everyone, I wish to ask for your opinion....
I tried CR in the OG11 and had about 72% of the questions answered correctly. However, when I try Kaplan GMAT 800, only 1 CR question is correctly answered out of 5 questions. I wish to ask if you guys also find Kaplan GMAT 800 that difficult? Thanks.....
CR in Kaplan GMAT 800.....hard to beat!

Well in OG, there are different questions with different difficulty levels.
So lets assume that your target rate means you missed 28 % of the OG problems that are high level.
KAPLAN 800 have only challenging questions so maybe this might explain the difference between your performances.
What is your hit rate in the last 25 questions of the OG ?

Hello answering your question... for the last 25 CR questions in OG11, I answered 15 of them correctly, which makes up 60%. As compared to Kaplan GMAT 800, I find that the CR questions in this book are tougher than the tough questions (last 25 questions) in OG11. I would like to ask for your opinion on this. Thanks!

The questions in the Kaplan 800 book are considerably harder than the questions found in the OG. Even the questions near the end of the OG tend to cap out in the low 700s.tomhng wrote:Hello answering your question... for the last 25 CR questions in OG11, I answered 15 of them correctly, which makes up 60%. If you're averaging around 72% in the OG, I'd continue to work with less challenging material before tackling the questions in the Kaplan 800 book. Remember, you'll only get to the hardest questions if you get all the medium ones right!

Hello logitech, thanks for words of encouragement....
Also thanks to you, Stuart, for some tips on CR. I will work on all the CR questions in OG11 another 2-3 times, especially the ones which I have answered wrongly.
