Below the suggestions for the books that you have

1) Nova Book - This book is good for beginners. If you are weak at Quant then certainly it could give you some idea about the types of questions that GMAT can ask from the easy level catagory. However trusting this book is dangerous thinking that it gives you a fair exposure to GMAT like questions.
Also the book has several mistakes also so please be aware.

2) Manhattan Book - This book is quite an apt choice to practice however the book has fewer number of questions therefore it doesn't give a sufficient exercise that a student must practice before taking test.

3) Official guide - OG is again a guiding took and the questions of OG are fantastic to get the feel of GMAT questions however you must know that OG has a great majority of Easy to Medium level questions and rarely the difficult level questions

4) Quant Review - That book is fantastic to practice from.

OG and Quant Review have only problem that questions are jumbled and therefoe you don't get the opportunity to focus on any topic and the kind of problem that you may face in that topic therefore for topicwise practice I suggest that you refer to the questions posted on on Beat the GMAT or GMAT Club frums and seggregate them as per the tags to practice questions of anyone topic.

ANSWER:
I feel that taking an expert help really makes a huge difference in performance if you ignore a few exceptions. Since GMAT as an exam is not very inexpensive and the MBA after that is highly expensive therefore taking a chance and ending up with a compromised score doesn't make any sense and therefore I suggest that one should definitely take expert help as it gives guidance and the routine and structure to do the preparation.
GMAT is considerably tough exam considering the worldwide competition but you can always be misguided by some saying GMAT is very easy as people tend to compare it with CAT. Here I am avoiding this comparison.
In case you plan to do preparation on your own then the planning of material to be referred is right here:

For Quant:
1) Refer to manhattan topicwise books and finish the topics
2) Refer to OG 12 PS and then DS and check your accuracy level
3) Refer to OG-13 PS and DS and check your accuracy level
4) Start taking Tests

For Verbal:
1) Refer to OG 10 for Critical Reasoning
2) Refer to OG 11 for Critical Reasoning
3) Refer to OG 11 for Reading Comprehension
4) Refer to OG 10 for Sentence Correction
5) Refer to OG 11 for Sentence Correction
6) Refer to Manhattan CR and SC
7) Start taking tests and check your accuracy level

In case you want to take expert help, keep OG for the last in Quant section.
Many coaching institutes provide their own test series but I would recommend Manhattan Test series as the first preference and secondary preference can be termed as Kaplan test series. Any other test series might give you wrong understanding of actual standard of GMAT test.

For categorized on screen quant questions by the thousands, set up a BellCurves practice account.

For cool quant questions broken down into PS and DS, use the Veritas Question Bank. There are decent verbal questions there too.

I started already & almost completed Manhattan Quant.

I did OG 2015- Problem Solving & DS , I did good on solving. But has some week points - Like Inequalities, Probability, Combination.

Another week point in Reading Comprehension . Please suggest.

1) What is your goal score? - 700 -730
2) When are you planning to take the GMAT? - AUG 2015, So that I can apply for September 2015.
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School? - Most of the Indian B-Schools like - IIMs, Xaviers & ISB. Not sure If Wharton or Harward or LSB are veru tough to get through.
