D says all the patients are equally informed about the risks of the operation. Patients are not informed about whether its beneficial to them or not.

E clearly says there is no way of finding whether its beneficial or not before the operation. This is weakens the conclusion( Doctors are doing the operations for practice and money).

If doctors can predict the patients indistinguishable before the surgery, then they don't need to do surgery for them.. What say?

The doctors know the patients need the operation. But they are not sure whether it will benefit them or not. They is no medical sign or diagnosis to say before the operation that it will benefit or not. They have to wait and see...
