What are the answer choices?
"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

I also get a remainder of 227, but I had to use Euler's Theorem to do it, and that is a zillion miles beyond the scope of the GMAT. You won't ever see a similar question on the test.
