Slope-intercept formula y=mx+b tells us how to plot a point with the slope and two points.

1) (4,4) We can use these points in the slope-intercept formula along with the slope given in the question stem to plot the points. (Sufficient)

2) (-4,-2) Just like DS item #1, this gives us all of the info we need to plot the points. (sufficient)
