Most schools say they consider the highest score. But make sure you post an improvement, book a date after you start getting your desired score on the practice tests. An improvement, i believe, will be taken positively, it shows you are not ready to give up!!

It dosent matter as far your scores are improving!!
Don't look for the incorrect things that you have done rather look for remedies....
