Determine the LOWER and UPPER LIMITS.
Lower limit:
The smallest term is 1/60.
If all 20 terms are 1/60, then K = 20 * 1/60 = 1/3.
Since 19 of the terms are GREATER than 1/60, K > 1/3.
Upper limit:
The greatest term is 1/41.
If all 20 terms are 1/41, then K = 20 * (1/41) = 20/41 ≈ 1/2.
Since 19 of the terms are LESS than 1/41, K < 1/2.
Thus, 1/3 < K < 1/2.
Only I and II are below this range.
The correct answer is D.
