x-3<7 can be written as x < 10

So answer should be (A)

Let's isolate x in each inequality.

x + 5 > 2

x > -3

Next we simplify x - 3 < 7.

x - 3 < 7

x < 10

We know that x is greater than -3 and less than 10.

Answer: A
