s far as I know, International Student Prigramm Loan now needs a co-signer.
How do you solve this obstacle?
It's really tough to get easy loan in this situation. Especially to internationals who dont have credit history in US.
(For international candidates, earlier CITI bank used to provide loans to study at top US b-schools yeah that too without a co-signer)

I think you have to rely more on your country banks. (SBI offers big sum of education loan)
Or specific groups funds...

Yes, tought situation.
In Russia we have some loans, but they are very small (50% of tution) and borrower should pay interest from the 1st month of the credit. Stupid conditions for full-time students...

How to find a co-signer? Traditionally, it is a parent or relative or someone you are close with who has a solid financial background.

we (internationals) can easily get co-signer in our own country. But for studies in US it's pretty difficult to get a co-signer. & that's the problem Tomm. :?

B-school websites can only guide in such situation. Apparently I see no one except Chicago GSB & HBS assured educational loan for internationals.

Maybe you need to look out for part-time job opportunities at campus during MBA program.

4ME - I would strongly encourage you to contact your school's financial aide office. They might have solutions on how to get funding in light of all the recent changes in student loan policy.. particularly for international students.
