"blah blah does not correlate as strongly with A as with B" is missing a verb in the 2nd part.
blah blah does not correlate as strongly with A as it does (correlates) with B would be the right sentence. D is the closest.

The sentence looks for "verb parallelism" in addition to comparison. In A we don't find that whereas in D we do .
alcohol does not correlate as strongly with good health as does moderate drinking.

i would go for D...
because strongly is made precise by the comparison subordinate clause , as the moderate drinking correlates with good health....
