If 4 ^ (4 x) = 1600, then what is the value of {4^ (x - 1)} ^2?
(A) 40
(B) 20
(C) 10
(D) 5/2
(E) 5/4

4^4x=(4^4)*6.25 OR (4^4)^x=(4^4)*6.25, (4^4)^(x-1)=6.25,
{(4^2)^(x-1)}^2=6.25, (4^2)^(x-1)=Sqrt(6.25); 6.25*4/4=25/4, Sqrt(25/4)=5/2

{4^(x-1)}^2= (4^2)^(x-1) =5/2
