S P Jain School of global management's MGB course is perfect I guess. You don't need a work experience for this course. Why don't you go through this link for more information: https://www.spjain.org/mgb/index.aspx

Masters in Management or a Masters in a specific field like Marketing, Finance etc depending on the are your friend might have specialized in in his BBA would be good course for him as they are developed keeping in mind the students who have limited or no work experience.
