Yes, have to keep that in mind too! Thank you! :)

Paul, you talked about St Gallen, can you please compare St Gallen and Vlerick Luven, Belgium ? Both the schools are regional kind of schools but from your research which one is a better school to go to ?

Indeed both are regional schools but I would believe that St Gallen is a couple of notches higher in perception. One of the things which St Gallen has to its advantage is its location. Since Switzerland is home to a lot of big organizations-for and non-profit, the chances of getting the kind of job you are looking for are pretty good. Am not sure whether the chances would be that sanguine in Belgium which is not known for having any big industry. So locationwise St Gallen is the place to go but you may still see what fits you best.Good luck!

Yes I agree. IMD is another good swiss school. A very small intake though(of 90) but very reputed and quite difficult to get through.

From what I'm aware of postgraduate employment for St. Gallen's MBAs falls into consulting at top companies or internally for finance or industrial companies. A number of them also go on to work in corporate finance because of the School's links with recruiters in that industry but also because of the strength of the Swiss banking sector. A lot of them also work in business development roles or project management where the background exists.

I did not use many resources for CR. I primarily stuck to the Official Guides 10th,11th and 12th and then did the Aristotle CR Practice set.

Just wanted to update you all that I got admits from IE Spain and HEC Paris. I am headed to HEC as the brand value of the school is great and I always wanted to understand the french culture, not to mention learning French. I think the school is great and some of the fellow applicants whom I have met seem to be really great. I am really excited about joining the school. I thank you all folks here for the great amount of support this forum provided me . Thanks a lot to all you great people out here. I'm not sure whether I'd be able to manage time to stay active here as I enter a new stage of my life but I wish all the luck to the people here :) Hurray!
