then
1) x+13=y
2) x+58=2y
using them together x=32 and y=45 and combined 77. Hence C.

INSUFFICIENT
2. 2y - 58= x
INSUFFICIENT
Combine both. we get
2y - 58 = y - 13
y = 45
and corresponding value of x = 32
