Broad versus Narrow Scope Indicators

Dear all,

As you might know, broad and narrow scope indicators play an important role in CR and RC. If we know and understand them, we can better analyze the argument and answer correctly to our questions.

These are the scope indicators that I have found. Please let me know if they are correctly aranged and if you know additional ones.

Broad Scope Indicators:
Some
Not all
May
Not always/ Rarely
Many
Probably/ Likely/ Can/ Could
Some
Several
Few

Narrow Scope Indicators:
None
All
Must
Always
Only
Will/ Would
Most
Never
Every
Sole

Many (unspecified % and could be just 1) can be exaggerated to Most (means more than 50%)
Some (at least one) can be exaggerated to Most (more than 50%)
Can or Likely can be exaggerated to Will or Must

Other examples?

While solving CRs i came across a few terms which have very subtle differences which help to correlate an option to a stimulus
For example if the stimulus has the word "mostly"
then an option having "some " can be rejected
The words i came across were
1)Mostly
2)usually
3)frequently
4)More often than not
As far as i remember if we have More often than not in the stimuls, then an option having usually is acceptable
Can someone confirm for frequently and also share their knowledge regarding the remaining as well.

Be careful with the absolute versus probable language in the stimulus.

I've come across some probable words:
- Usually
- Supposed to be
- Probably

Incorrect answers:
- All
- Inevitable
- Will

Do you have other examples?
