Vitamin C and phytonutrients cannot be compared with the bluberries, a kind of fruit. So, A and B are in correct. Only choice D expresses the correct parallelism form.

IMO is D. as not only but also is used in both C and D. But C lacks the parallelism, as of in the second part of the sentence is eliminated. D show the correct formation. Not only of but also of. So D is correct.
