1/2 + 1/6 + 1/12 + ... + 1/90
= 1/(1*2) + 1/(2*3) + 1/(3*4) + ... + 1(9*10)
= (2-1)/(1*2) + (3-2)/(2*3) + (4-3)/(3*4) + ... + (10-9)/(9*10)
= (1/1 - 1/2) + (1/2 - 1/3) + (1/3-1/4) + ... + (1/9 - 1/10)
= 1/1 - 1/10
= 9/10

Therefore, D is the answer.

Adding the above equations, we have:

1/2 + 1/6 + 1/12 + ... + 1/90 = 1 - 1/2 + 1/2 - 1/3 + 1/3 - 1/4 + ... + 1/9 - 1/10

We see all the terms on the right hand side cancel except 1 and -1/10; therefore,

1/2 + 1/6 + 1/12 + ... + 1/90 = 1 - 1/10

1/2 + 1/6 + 1/12 + ... + 1/90 = 9/10

Answer: D
