Sales for-- wrong usage
Including amon, include among-- Redudant
In B, usage of "Which " is incorrect

IMO D

4.among them the threat of a rival's multibillion-dollar patent infringement suit and the decline in sale of

I agree that D would be the best option here with most meaning clarity, but isnt "them" ambiguous? It could have more than one antecedent "investors" and challenges"

Another point "decline in sales of" vs "decline in sale of" --> what is the difference(if any)?

Because "them" occurs in a prepositional phrase, it should modify the preceding noun (or noun phrase, in this case "challenges facing the company"):

At the annual stockholders meeting, investors heard a presentation on the numerous challenges facing the company, among them the threat of a rival's multibillion-doller patent infringement suit and the decline in sale of

If that phrase was supposed to modify "investors, it is too far away to be a correctly placed modifier.

It should be the plural "sales" because we're talking about multiple sales of the chip. You would use the singular "sale" if it was a one time event, i.e. "the company completed the sale of its consumer electronics division."

Also, I believe D does have "sales of" and not "sale of" in the original version of this question.
