Artificial reefs

by Calvin123 » Tue Apr 26, 2011 8:44 pm
Sea -dumping incites widespread condemnation. Little surprise when ocean are seen as 'convenient' dumping grounds for the rubbish we have created but would rather forgot. However, scientific evidence suggests that if we dump right things, sea life actually be enhanced. the choice of design and material for an artificial reef is depend up on where its going to be placed. In the US, where there is national reef plan using cleaned up rigs and tanks, artificial reefs have been mainly used to attract fish for recreational fishing or sport diving. In Europe, artificial reefs have been mainly employed to protect habitat. Italy boasts considerable artificial reef activity.

Which of the following can be reasonably inferred?

A) Artificial reef program have been planned in response to declining fish population.
B) Developing environmentally safe ways of using recycled waste marine diversity is the real challenge.
C) Nations must develop more acceptable ways to disposing off our rubbish.
D) Few extensive studies have been undertaken into the long-term benefits of artificial reefs.
E) Every country is trying to outdo the other in therms of addressing the concern.

Don't you think you should explain your selection. why do u think b is the best and any other isn't?
Better you explain why any particular choice is loser or contender/winner.

Hi!

Any chance you can repost the question with the original language? The current version has so many grammatical errors that it actually hurts my head to read it!

Leaving out articles (e.g. "a", "the", "an"...) and using improper tenses (e.g. "sea life actually be enhanced") makes it very difficult to make sense of the stimulus.

Thanks!
