Area of triangles

Area of Triangle.

Area=SQRT(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)),

[/b]where s=(a+b+c)/2 or perimeter/2.

I want to know is this formula can applied to all the triangles or it is applied only in circle........

This formula can be applied to all the triangles whose sides are known. This is called Heron's formula.
