If the radius of the smaller circle = r, then the radius of the larger circle is 4r
Area of the smaller circle = pi*r*r and Area of the larger circle = pi*4r*4r
Ratio of the areas = pi*r*r/( pi*4r*4r) = 1/16 = 9*pi/(Area of the larger circle) - From the question
So, 9*pi/(Area of the larger circle) = 1/16
Area of the larger circle = 16*9*pi = 144*pi
