Apologies dude, misinterpreted the entire thing. Probably thats why they say language is like a subterfuge.

Anyways

I think phrase "Even I am think..." cannot represent Authority, you can take it as an opinion or a viewpoint .

E is wrong because "with...phrase" has no reference
