"Great Depression's exceptionally high unemployment rates" phrase looks awkward.
The phrase "Exceptionally high unemployment rates of great depression" would have been better.

As per Manhattan SC guide,Whenever you have a time perios,quanitiy or other measurement as the first word,keep the prepositional phrase with of.

eg.Memorial day's week is too short.The correct form would be the week of memorial day..

Experts please comment on the above text.
