internationally.

The correct answer is D. It corrects the original tense mistake by changing "would" into "will" and also uses the correct form of the verb after "while."

Thanks for the reply. Could you please let me know that isn't the parallelism is tested in the question ? If yes, in option D, look & making does not satisfy the parallel structure of the sentence.

Why not C?

* ing form looks correct
* parallelism before and after 'while'

No, that's not parallelism.
"While" belongs to the group of conjunctions and prepositions after which V-ing can be used instead of a sentence. Other such conjunctions are for example: after, before, since, when,whenever, once, until, on,without, instead of, in spite of and as.
e.g.
She's been quite different since coming back from America.
When telephoning from abroad, dial 865, not 0865.
