Travel time = 3600/400 = 9 hours
Time of arrival (London time) = 11:45 + 9hrs = 20:45
Time of arrival (Toronto time) = 20:45 - 5hrs = 15:45 = 3:45pm

Choose A.

Correct.

The plane takes 9 hours to reach Toronto and so it arrives at 8:45 London time which is 3:45 pm Toronto time.
