About the scaled scores of GMAT!

To get a score of 50 in math and 38 in verbal on a scale of 60, how many questions approximately should be answered right in the respective sections? I would be grateful if i get the reply asap :)

Thankyou :)

It all depends, but to get 50 i believe you should not miss more than 5 questions, and you shouldn't miss more than 9-10 to get 38.

So you would be aiming for 32/37 and 31/41

according to GMATPrep that sounds about right. But apparently it also depends on what questions you get wrong. You are probably not going to get a 50 on quant if you miss 5 rather easy questions.
