The question below is very simple.
But I have one doubt.
When they say that the speed is between 6.0 to 14.0 how to represent it
6<s<14 or 6<=s<=14
Plz help

A cyclist's speed varies, depending on the terrain, between 6.0 miles per hour and 14.0 miles per hour, inclusive. What is the maximum distance, in miles, that the cyclist could travel in 7 hours?


(A) 42

(B) 56

(C) 70

(D) 98

(E) 140

I believe since he said inclusive it means >= or <=

likewise, 14 (max speed) x 7 = 98 miles
