MayaS wrote:Hi,

Thanks for sharing this. I will be taking GMAT this year(2013) in May.
I am excited and nervous both. I am weak in quants and average in Verbal.
Looking for a person who can help me prepare for GMAT. May I ask you if you can help me prepare for GMAT?

Thanks in advance,

MayaS
Sure. Please post your query and I'll try to help you. I'm not a GMAT coach but still since I've taken the GMAT, i can definitely share my experience with you
I think that we on the forums benefit from the members as much as from the GMAT instructors here so thank you for helping us out :)
The only query I had if you could help out was that I do I hit a 50 on Quant. No matter what I do,I'm unable to move beyond 48 on Verbal on the GMAT.

Hi,
First of all congrats on your achievement that's a great score!!! I have recently started my prep and scored a 510 on my 1st prep test :( (i seriously have to start slogging now)
Can you tell me if the 5 MGMAT Prep tests you wrote are available online and do we have to register or pay for those practice tests(if so how much does it cost) and also how you organized your time for prep. Im working and i find it really hard to schedule my time for prep and i lag. I have decided to strictly follow the BEATTHEGMAT 60 day schedule. Did you also follow the 60 day schedule ,if yes could you tell me how effective it is . If not can you tell me what is the effective way to increase your verbal score (i suck at verbal).
I know they are a lot of questions but ya im quite nervous as i am in lack of time and i have to give my GMAT within 3 months max. I am already biting my nails. :? :(

dude
the 6 mgmat CATs come free alongwith the purchase of any one of their books. And regarding whether to follow BTG 60 day schedule, the choice is entirely yours. For example, I didn't follow it although I had subscribed to it because I wanted to make my own plan but some people find it useful
