did 3 practice tests and got 750/770/760 on those. then went and took the real thing within a week of registering for it.
Quant - 90%
Verbal - 98%
the one suggestion i have for anyone aiming high for the verbal section is to study the LSAT. i originally wanted to do law school about 5 yrs ago and studied for the LSAT. i gotta say if you can do the LSAT verbal stuff the GMAT verbal will be fairly easy...especially the reading comp and logical reasoning sections.
didn't really need to study the quant much cuz it's mostly high school math...just quickly brushed up on basical algebra/geometry.
