What do we know, given the information in the passage?

1. We know 12 is the fewest number of concerts attended.
2. We know 10 people attended the most number of concerts.
3. Therefore we know 270 people attended somewhere between the most and the fewest.

So... the minimal histogram would be:

14 concerts - 10 people
13 concerts - 270 people
12 concerts - 20 people

And of course many people might have attended more than 14.

D must be true, therefore.

C is a fallacy of causation/correlation. It's a trap.
