620 today....What to do?

Should I retake the test to try to score higher than my 620 (44 Q, 32 v)? I was really hoping for at least a 650 as I am applying to Foster and Oxford. I have everything else in line for the first application date but would it be wise to wait and TRY to get a better score or apply earlier with a 620.
