Since you just wrote the test recently, it's understandable that you don't want to go back to studying. But, there are some important points to remember.

First, a lot of students don't achieve their target score their first time.
Second, most students reach their target score the 2nd time around (you'll see many such posts in this forum)
Third, you have a goal of getting your MBA, and doing so will take many many months. So, in the grand scheme of things, an additional month or 2 of studying is inconsequential when compared to getting your MBA and achieving your dream.
Finally, as a word of caution, students should take several GMATPrep tests (and PowerPrep tests) before taking the GMAT. These are the best predictors of your score on test day.
