Hi rohan.tarun,
Unless you've already mastered all of the other categories in BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections, you shouldn't be concerned about "700 level" Overlapping Sets questions. To start, they're rare on the GMAT - you probably won't see any. Second, even if you do see one, chances are really good that you could afford to get it wrong and still score an 800. As such, that specific sub-category isn't worth the extra effort (much less the expense of a tutor).
1) How long have you studied?
2) What materials have you used?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
4) What is your goal score?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
