15 minute question

Fn = 4 + 1 - 2 + 12 + 3 - 6 + 36 + 9 - 18 ------ n terms.

If 2Fn + 3 = 816 then what is the value of n?

(1) 17
(2) 23
(3) 69
(4) 42
(5) none of these

Either the answer is NONE OF THE ABOVE or something is wrong with this question. What is the source?

Should be a 5 second question - that's how long it takes to read it, think "this isn't a GMAT question" and move on with your life!
