What is the value of p − q, given that (0.5 × 10^p) / (25 × 10^q) = 0.2 × 10^13?

(0.5 × 10^p) / (25 × 10^q) = 0.2 × 10^13
0.02 × 10^(p - q) = 0.02 × 10^14
So, p - q = 14

The correct answer is D.
