First of all, congrats on a good score. As far as getting to that 700 mark, I think that you should certainly focus on quant. Your verbal seems to be pretty good. However, Manhattan SC is definitely a good idea.
As far as quantitative, you should identify your weaknesses and deal with them. I think that the best way to become very effecient at "GMAT" math is to practice the OG and GMAT Prep questions religiously. I moved my Q score from high 40s to 50 simply by repeatedly taking the GMAT Prep tests and posting on this site all the questions I got wrong.
If you would let us know exactly what problems you have with quant Im sure many people here would be willing to give you more specific advice. Why are you struggling? Is it timing? Conceptual? Do you get nervous?
