Did you see any GMATPrep questions repeated while you took the test? A lot of times you would have seen those questions in one of the forums and that causes the scores to be bloated. If not you should be good. Dont be nervous, almost every bright mind I have seen going down in GMAT is due to nervous...

I wasnt late or anything, but I am of an Indian origin. In my test center the person who locks the computer during the tests made me loose almost 10 minutes. She didnt know what she was doing and she didnt understand a word I was trying to say to her and was very rude also. Is it anything to do wit...

In my test center the person who locks the computer during the test-breaks made me loose almost 10 minutes. She didnt know what she was doing and she did...

All the best for the next attempt. Dont let this score bug you. You can certainly do it.
Take a lot of full length tests to get your timing right and make sure you are consistently in the vicinity of 680 in tests.

Although it is not unheard of, expecting to see GMATPrep questions in actual GMAT is not right. Like beatthegmat indicated, since GMAC already knows these questions have been solved by everyone who takes GMAT, there is very less chance of seeing those questions on actual GMAT. Difficulty level of th...

Alarmed, worried and unsure
Hi Stacy, I was happily working towards my Essays and applications (after scoring a 700+), when someone just hammered a bolt from the blue. I have been working as a consultant for past 5 years and always thought that I now have good work experience. My friend just told me that a consulting job is no...

hi,
All the best for your prep. Since your nemesis is shortage of time, make sure you take atleast 2 tests per week in the coming days.
Have you tried Sets? they are good source. Although they are not timed, but you can time yourself.
Thanks

Re: 580-Clearly retaking and looking for advice / encouragem
Let me give you a brief background of my experience. I studied for about a month focusing on problem solving and sentence correction for the majority of my time. I took the exam on about 2 hours of sleep because of test anxiety and felt absolutely exhausted. It was a terrible experience, I absolute...

GMATPrep questions is a very limited pool of questions in my opinion expecting them to show up in the exam is a bit of a push. However, as per my experience GMATPrep questions very closely demonstrate the standard of questions and concepts GMAT actually tests. My suggestion: Go with concepts rather ...
