Only option D compare between Zinc gel and lozenges, Hence it has to be the right answer...

So I'll go with "D"

Obviously, D !

We need to look for other causes for the difference in the effectiveness of Zinc !

D has it all clear !

Got it wrong B..

Even though i did not understood the choices i took time to understand B in particular and got wrong

Should have spent some time in analyzing D

Answer B is out of scope since it tells effect of any other item when taken orally. It doesn't tell its effect when applied on nose.

Answer is D, It says is there any other content in gel that can impact effect of zinc.
