In each quadrant you have 2 sets of points in each quadrant and one each along the x and y axes. (6,8),(8,6),(10,0),(6,-8),(8,-6),(0,-10),(-6,-8),(-8,-6),(-10,0),(-6,8),(-8,6),(0,10)
