A) no info about w. insufficient
B) x = 25% of (w+x+y+z) -> x= (w+y+z)/3 (or x is the average)
Insufficient.
A&B) x>z>y and x is the average. then w>x (Otherwise x will be highest and not average)
Thus w. IMO C
