I believe it's B.

Our restrictions are that n is prime and it's < 11.

Statement 1:
4^-n < 2^-6 --> 2^-2n < 2^-6. Same base so -2n < -6 or n > 3. That means that n could be 5 or n could be 7. NS.

Statement 2:
2^-n < 2^-6 --> Same base so -n < -6 or n > 6. That means that n could only be 7. Sufficient.

Let me know if I'm right.
