let the number of representatives be p, q, r, s, A and t such that

p<q<r<s<A<t

p+q+r+s+A+t = 75

(i) 41 has to be the greatest number of representatives from a country [because (41+ a number greater than 41) >75]

so t must be 41.

remaining # of representatives = 75-41 = 34

let's see if a solution is possible with at least 10 from A

4+5+6+7 + 12 +41 ---> A = 12; YES country A sent at least 10

let's see if a solution is possible with less than 10 representative from A

4+6+7+8+9+41; No country A sent fewer than 10

=> statement (i) not sufficient alone

(ii) A < 12

1+2+3+4 + 11 + 54; YES country A sent at least 10
1+2+3+4 + 5 + 60; NO country A sent fewer than 10.

=> statement (ii) not sufficient alone

combining the two -

possible solutions are

4+5+6+8+11+41 --> yes A sent greater than 10
4+6+7+8+9+41 --> no A sent fewer than 10

Thus two together are not sufficient --> Answer E
