C .....i think explanation for 2 rules out c as well as thought 5 is divisible by 5 ...there is dual case

p is divisible by 5...no information on whether q is divisible by 5....not sufficient

From 2
pq is divisible by 5...this can happen if either of p and q is divisible and the other is not divisible by 5...not sufficient

Combining
p is divisible by 5...so pq will be divisible by 5...can not conclude anything for q...not sufficient
